The story
PRGRM started with a simple frustration: fitness apps were either too simple to be useful or too complex to actually use. The good tracking tools were ugly. The beautiful apps didn't track the right things.
So we built the app we actually wanted to use ourselves — one that could hold a serious strength program, track every set and PR, use AI to build intelligent programs, and still feel effortless to open between sets.
