Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using PRGRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of PRGRM, including free, Pro, and Elite subscribers.

PRGRM provides training tracking, AI-generated program recommendations, nutrition guidance, readiness scoring, and related features to help individuals improve their athletic performance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PRGRM. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app; use the service to build a competing product; scrape, harvest, or extract data from the service by automated means; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

PRGRM offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

PRGRM does not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already begun, except where required by applicable law.

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.

Referral programme: If you refer 7 friends in a calendar year and each verifies their email and creates an account, you receive one free month of Pro (monthly tier only). Credits reset on January 1st each year. Free months are applied automatically and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to Elite subscriptions.

PRGRM is a training and wellness tool, not a medical device or service. The content in PRGRM — including AI-generated programs, injury scores, nutrition recommendations, and readiness scores — is for informational and motivational purposes only.

Nothing in PRGRM constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.

You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risk. PRGRM and its operators are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm arising from use of the service or reliance on its recommendations.

All content, software, design, and AI-generated output within PRGRM are owned by or licensed to PRGRM. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.

Content you create within the app — such as custom programs, notes, and logged workouts — remains yours. You grant PRGRM a non-exclusive licence to use this data to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRGRM and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or physical injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to PRGRM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of PRGRM will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of PRGRM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
