How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PRGRM and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Does PRGRM work without an Apple Watch or wearable?
Yes. A wearable is optional. PRGRM works fully without one — you can log workouts, follow programs, and track progress manually. If you connect Apple Health, PRGRM will read any health data your iPhone captures on its own (steps, heart rate from the built-in sensor, etc.).
How does the AI program builder work?
You tell PRGRM your goal (strength, hypertrophy, power), your available days per week, session length, and experience level. The AI generates a full periodised program — broken into phases, with days, exercises, sets, and reps. You can save it and start training immediately.
What is the Readiness Score?
Readiness is a daily score (0–100) that reflects how recovered you are based on HRV, sleep duration, sleep quality, resting heart rate, and training load from the previous days. A score above 70 means you're well-recovered and ready to train hard. Below 50 suggests backing off or going light.
How does Form Check AI work?
Record yourself performing a lift — squat, deadlift, bench press, or other supported movements. Upload the video in the Form Check tab. The AI analyses bar path, depth, alignment, and tempo, then returns written feedback on what to fix. Videos are processed and not stored long-term.
What is VBT (Velocity-Based Training)?
VBT lets you track bar speed for each set. When you log a VBT set, you enter the mean concentric velocity (m/s) measured by a velocity tracker. PRGRM tracks this over time so you can see how bar speed correlates with readiness and progressive overload.
How does the referral programme work?
Find your referral code in Profile → Share & Refer. When 7 friends sign up with your code and verify their email in the same calendar year, you earn one free month of Pro (monthly tier). Credits reset on January 1st each year. The free month is applied automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, export your workout history first.
My notifications aren't arriving. What do I do?
First, check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications → PRGRM. Then check that you've set a reminder time in PRGRM Settings. If notifications are enabled but still not arriving, try toggling them off and back on in iOS Settings, then restart the app.
Is PRGRM available on Android?
Not yet. PRGRM is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap but we don't have a timeline to share yet.
