Exercise Library Expanded to 279+ Movements
We've more than doubled the exercise database — adding dedicated Core and Cardio categories plus full dumbbell, barbell, cable, and kettlebell variants across all movements.
We've expanded PRGRM's exercise library from 173 to 279+ exercises — a complete overhaul of what you can log and track.
What's new:
- —Core category (25 exercises) — plank, ab rollout, hanging leg raise, toes-to-bar, dragon flag, cable crunch, and more
- —Cardio category (13 exercises) — running, rowing machine, assault bike, SkiErg, jump rope, battle ropes, and more
- —Equipment variants — every major lift now has dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, and cable versions as distinct trackable entries
This matters because a DB bench press and a BB bench press are different movements that should have separate personal bests and volume tracking. Now they do.
